Shipping hopeless; FIX IT!!

Have tried repeatedly to find out where my two parcels are for about $200 USD and can't get any sensible feedback from HK. I'm in Canada and am dumping HK and going to use Great Hobbies Exclusively. Frustrating and unnecessary experience. And, no, those items weren't all available in the US warehouse so I was stuck with the "Global Warehouse". Bad start to my Monday.
