Not arrived!

Order Number:2009664039 effected on 19.07.2014 is still not arrived .the times 45 days is largely dépassé.I states that all items were in stock at time of order (see order). And I can't find the shipping information on the traking site.
can you give me details when this is late, up to now I have never had problèmes.Thanks for listening.
