Not received my order

Hi I placed this order in July order number 2009613631 and was given a tracking number RC009615695MY which I have had no success in tracking the parcel so I do not know where it is I am going on holiday next week so what happens if it turns up whilst I am away, I have ordered items from the USA and from the Far East and have never waited this long and as for the tracking number when you enter it it comes back as no such number will not order from the USA again
