where is my item? Purchased over 3 weeks ago from Aus warehouse

I am still waiting for order 20010126782. I purchased this because it was in Aust warehouse and I needed it asap. Now it's 3 weeks later, I dont need it anymore and I am still waiting for it to arrive.
