Canceling a unpaid order

Your Video explains how to remove a Backordered Item or cancel an order, but it does not cover how to remove an order that has a status of unpaid. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qLR2WCYuuh8 how can I remove a order with status unpaired?

Yep me too I have a couple of unpaid orders I want to remove when I had a problem on line before finishing my payment and when I logged on again there it was UNPAID but I had placed a fresh order for the same items.

Please HK try and help out our order list look untidy with these unpaid orders hanging there. :) Malc

same deal had problem thought order was lost ,I reordered and paid..but now have this order there that i dont need

The 'Unpaid Order' can not be deleted by the member. However, a CS rep can do it for you using Live Chat.
I had my unpaid order cancelled this way. I don't know why they just can't have a 'Cancel' button to do this.
