Bonus points

I cancelled an order of batteries and all my money went back into a credit. I have the new batteries in my cart now and selected bonus points then carried on to checkout. It asked for all my card information and I want to just make sure it's not going to re charge me the new amount and leave credit in my bonus points. Will my new order use the bonus dollars. Thanks
