Delay wrong order 2009923615 Oldenburg, germany aug 30.2014

Hello!
When I gave my order at HK switched the website automatically from NL to GLOBAL. I noticed this error when I tried to pay by PayPal. The payment by VISA was not accepted by PayPal. A demand by VISA gave sufficent cover - so it was a
fault by PayPal. There was no ask from PayPal by VISA in this time.Now I assumed that the order had not be made; so I gave the same order again to HK.
Meanwhile I received two mails from HK, an incorrect number 2009923615 and a
correct number 2009923664. Now I paid the correctone: 2009923664 with the same VISA-Card by PayPal. Now PayPal accept this one. PayPal is not serious, it`s terrible. I would like to ask you to delete the wrong order.
