Shipment supposedly sent on 15/01/2014 still not in our country

I placed an order (2009443443) which I was told had been shipped on the 15th June.
It has now been almost 3 months and there is no indication that the parcel is even in our country yet. Please could you advise on where this parcel is and when it might arrive or refund me the money.
