no item arrived

hello people of hobbyking,
i bought a brushless motor itemnr 2009876791 and 5 workdays later it arrived,
but a few hours later i orderd itemnr 2009878272(Electric Speed Control and program card)and now 15 workdays later it isn't arrived yet,is there a problem?
