Turnigy 9X Transmitter

I have used my Turnigy 9X Tranny without fault for 4 Months.
But now when I turn it on the screen comes up with error message
" SWITCH ERROR " .
I know how to set up the switches facing away from you ........... but every time I turn the Transmitter on the Switch Error warning comes up !!!!!!!
It will not go to the Main Menu
Is there a reset switch inside the Transmitter that can go back to the factory settings
Can someone please help ............................ if it can't be fixed is it still under warranty !!!!!!!
