Engine doesn't start on AXN Floater- Jet Glider!

Hi, I received a brand new AXN Floater- Jet Glider, and after fitting all together, servos word perfectly but engine makes lots of noise but doesn't work. I have tried many different ways with the transmitter and no way to make it turn!

Can you help me please? there is any warantY?
