very delayed purchases

RC005526535MY; RC006668345MY; RC007199665MY; RC007469399MY; RC007469544MY in tracing the post office I was informed that Brazil did not file in the mail, I went to the customer center and went informed that the entry is made in the mail, where nothing appears; search the site link http://www.pos.com.my/pos/appl/service/sub_meltrack.asp informs only that was sent to Sao Paulo but does not say whether arrived in São Paulo (capital of the state of São Paulo , Brazil), I can not trace where it went shopping, I ask kindly to track along the transport company for which was referred purchases to Brazil, to know where purchases are, thank you very much
