item problem

i bought this type of motor Turnigy G60 Brushless Outrunner 300kv (.60 Glow) and i used 6 cell battery 22.2 V and it didnt give any RPM it is very slow and doesnt fly the air plan . iam using Turnigy 85 AMP speed control .what should i do now ?should i return the motors or u can send me another motors 400 KV because it works perfect with my air plan .please tell me what should i do ???? regards Mustafa nasr
