I'm trying to figure out where my order is. The tracking information is extremely vague and of no help to me other than to say it's shipped (I best I can determine anyway).

My order was placed on 9/20 but the only meaningful information I can get from the tracking site is that it is shipped but that didn't even happen until 9/27... Is that correct? It's taken -7 days-after the order is placed before it was even shipped?
Is there any way to get an approximate idea of when this order will arrive?
