(Not)Unpaid Order

Last July 27 I bought - and paid with PayPal - some products at HobbyKing, but according to HobbyKing´s records, I did not pay.

I have sent the transaction number - 5243-2704-2511-6253 - several times and several times I have been told that in a few days my money would be refunded.

Today is Octuber 5 and I have not products, not money.

Here is acopy of the last email received from HobbyKing:

I completely understand the reason why your having this kind of problem today, As I have checked your refund it should be automatic refunded to your account unfortunately we have a problem to our system, However. I already manual process your PayPal request and your refund takes 7 business days. please contact your PayPal after 7 business days.
