INFO ON HK-010

interested in the HK-010 , looking at article on checking lipo internal resistancxe and the article use a black <battery balancer & watt meter> which is no longer available. the unit displayed the voltage and current drawn by a 100w load on the same screen at the same time. will this unit function the same way?
don't know the name of the company produced the unit in the article
