Order numbers 2009987142 and 20010195583

Order 2009987142 (9/8/14) and 20010195583 (10/10/14) have been cleared as
Paid but no progress has been made to join the print queue, or packing for delivery according to my account information.

I have cancelled a back order for a Stick 1500 from order no 2009987142 and requested that the 2 orders should be combined. This has been acknowledged in my account information. Why can the orders not be sent. ?

I have made a number of requests for information via Live Chat !!!! And 2 e mails.

Please respond asap.
