FollowWhere is my order 20010186584?
I received notice from you on Oct 9 that my order was ready to ship and to please wait 48 hours for tracking information to be available. That was 8 days ago and the tracking number you provided is still not recognized by the carrier Swiss Post. Please give me the correct tracking number and/or tell me where my package is.
Why do I have to select "Feature Requests" to post a question about shipping??
Where is the "Live Support Online" that I clicked on on your website? This is not "Live Support"!!
