Trackstar ESC 80A 5200 Combo with Program Card

At the order I had the Program Card with purchases but this does not work, it only lights up an LED at Cut off Votage the LED AUTO LIPO and can select anything else.

Worann can it be?
The ESC of at the order does not go well, he stutters when giving gas.
