What is your resoluction about my order?

My order nº2009332626, was shipped in last 28/05/2014. I dont received yet nothing, and I dont undertand why, When I look for with tracking number only apeared Kuala Lumpur in 07/07/2014, a long time ago, and nothing moved since that day. Let me ask you? What hobbyking team resolved about my case? I still waitting for your resoluction about it, I dont beleave that my order will arrive, and would like to see one resoluction very soon about this, I think is eneuf time to wait.
