USB Simulator Cable All in One and Mac computer

Prior to placing my order I contacted your tech support and explained that I was getting ready to purchase the OrangeRx T-SIX Transmitter and receiver. I explained that I had a Mac with the latest operating system and was looking for a flight simulator and preferably a way to connect it to the Orange transmitter.
He recommended the USB Simulator Cable All in One and the https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/aerofly-rc-7-r-c-flight-simulator/id794308605?mt=12.
The simulator cable states on the package that its for IBM compatible PC. Will this work on the Mac and how do I set it up?
