Orange receivers

I ordered 5 of these receivers, and I think you received a bad batch. I installed them in two of my planes and both of them went down. I didn't realize that it was the receiver until I installed a third one in one of my planes. It tested fine but when I was out at the field I delayed my takeoff, and within 1 minute the receiver lost signal to the transmitter. Both flaps deployed and I had no control. Receiver was blinking both yellow and red. This is when I came to the conclusion that it was the receiver that brought down my two other planes. I was very fortunate that I didn't lose the third. Since they were all purchased at the same time I would like to return all five of them. I am very upset that I lost two planes costing over $200.00 dollars each however I know it is not your fault and this happens. What can you do for me?
