Where is my order?

Can you put a trace on order # 2009745593? I went to the usps site and entered the tracking number. They said "We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece." This is telling me that they have not received the shipment from you. Will you please get some information for me? Thanks!!!
