Wiring the multistar motors to the Blade QX 350

How do you wire the motors to the QX 350. I have a red blue and black wire on the QX 350 and there are 3 black wires on the motor. I understand that you have to switch 2 of the 3 wires to get the right direction but I am having a problem getting the QX 350 to start up to check the direction of the motor. When I just randomly hook up the motor my QX 350 will not start up. HELLLLLLLLP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
