Order Number 2009998398 Red Covering

Received an email on 9/10/14 to say order had been despatched. Has not arrived, status now says "Returns" with a number CQ302464693SG below it. Does that mean that my order has been returned to you ? If so why ? Address on the dispatch email is correct and we have been at this address during this period.
