Order Staus Dispatched but no email to confirm this.

My order 20010297891 PRODUCT ID: 171000400-0 has been marked as dispatched but no email recieved to say it actually has been dispatched. Also, no confirmation from HK of being paid via paypal but have email confirmation from paypal that payment has been made. HELP!
