lack of communication and support

Would anybody know how to get in contact with an actual peraon at hobbyking, this support is the worst of any site on the internet.

Items have questions a couple of years old and no reply.

I used to get an answer sometimes on facebook, but that was hit and miss, usually miss.

Now ive been blocked from posting questions at all. Im am a rational person and thats a slap in the face.
