Item not received

Where is my order? Your website said it was in stock in the UK warehouse when i ordered. and weeks later its not here.
tracking number RP400362650SG that you provided is NOT recognised by the parcel delivery services.
If this order has not reached me in the next few days, I will escalate the claim and have my money back.

I will Not be using hobbyking again. and will be advising other people I know not to use this site either.
