Where are my orders?

I have recived order numbers:
20010302222
20010296027
20010242141

but have not yet got orders:
20010236443
20010241336

which were place previous to the other orders. They show as being shipped, but not arrived? Can you check that these ahve been deliverd? and if they have, who signed for them? They should be here by now.
