My order was post on July 8th. An investigation was already opened on 10/10/2014 and during a live chat, I was told that if in 30 days I did not receive the products HK would refund my money back. Today is 11/12/2014 and I did not receive the order, so please give me my money back! I will never purchase again at HK! Very disapointed...
