confused on what parts to buy that will work together

Please bear with me here…
I'm making a small (225MM ) quad copter because I bought the small Turnigy Multistar motors (Turnigy Multistar 1704-1900Kv 12Pole Multi-Rotor Outrunner) by mistake.
Then I went and bought 4 of the Multistar ESC's the other day (Turnigy Multistar 20 Amp Multi-rotor Brushless ESC 2-4S OPTO) and now I’m reading that OPTO means it’s got no way of powering up the receiver...???
ok, so now I need a UBEC, But, which one?
and, if it will provide power to the receiver, what will power my KK2 board?
Another thing I want to know is, can’t I just buy one 40 Amp Multistar ESC, the same as the ones I have but the non OPTO type? and use that to plug into the board and power it and the receiver? Will that work or no?
Last thing… I have the Zippy battery it’s a ZIPPY Flightmax 2200mAh 3S1P 25C, will this work with these motors and ESC’s?
