Where is my order?

ordered this remote (Turnigy 9X 9Ch Transmitter w/ Module & 8ch Receiver (Mode 2) (v2 Firmware) a month and a half ago from this site hobbyking.com, where he lost ? before that, he ordered a charger for rechargeable batteries, come in a month. Why is remote even by customs is not mentioned ? I'm from Belarus.Who knows what the reason for the delay? and what is the maximum waiting time of order?
