My Orders

on 2014 Nov 12 I ordered 3 items
1 Arcbird autopilot
2 receivers
I didn't receive any order confirmation or check number, parcel number or payment confirmation.

Payment was finished just minutes after the order.

Did you recongnize that order?
What is the status?
What is the timeline for sending the products to me?

I am expecting order confirmation after internet purchasing process.
All other internet reseller send confirmation.
Only Hobbyking makes problems.
Also my last order (about one year ago) made these kind of problems.

Please clarify what is the situation.
