Dear, my 03 purchases already paid at the time, were not delivered despite dispatched. The numbers are: RC007450097MY,
RC007399199MY and RC006718126MY. All shipped via Malaysia - MY. What is happening? Never had problems with shipping arranged by you guys. All these orders were purchased in late June / 2014. Another order very purchased after this date and not sent via Malaysia has been delivered. Please check what is happening and report me.

GLS is the worst shipping compagny i ve ever seen.
Each time it s a pain in the ass to have my order.
They lie and say there is no name on my building door.
They left a message on my answer machine , the guy speak a so bad french that s i didn t understand my parcel number.
The hotline isn t cheap and is "out of order " .

my RMA 121461 has not be delivered. the last record is from 15th October.
