NO ANSWERS TO MY COMPLAINTS!

I have purchased a Rocket-15, when it arrived the wing tip had been broken of and supper glued back? There are marks all over the wing with various small dinks and cracks on the wing! this has cost £176-00 with delivery. After two E-mails on there product web sight? All I have are two auto replies ref No #1436736 & #1438193. Surely Customer Service should be a top Priority!!!! The Best Advert is word of mouth and confidence in Hobby King gone out the window.
