HELLO??!!??!!

Do you know what "LIVE CHAT" means? This is the worst website I've ever navigated. No shipment status. No estimated delivery date. No "LIVE CHAT". Who's bright idea was it to design this horrible website. I'd rather not have to deal with Hobby King. Horrible, horrible, just horrible. Live chat is not live.
