Refund of non delivered parcel and returned parcel

My order 2009456608 of 181, 39$ has been returne because of a lack of communicartion about the custom fee. I should recover $43.97 and have no neews of the refund.
My order 20010270283 for $48,66 was delivered with a wrong content. I returned the parcel and I have ,no neews of it. What to do?
