I am unable to bind HK GT2E receiver to my GTX3 transmitter , are they compatiable ?

I am unable to bind HK GT2E receiver to my GTX3 transmitter , are they compatiable ?
Its been no problem for the old HK GT2 version, but I cant bind for my newly bought HK GT2E.
