I would like to receive my order hand, and it is apparent from the paypal held somewhere. I could pay the VAT you need to pay the bill that I can without a credit card. Paypal is not able to help me.

Unfortunately, I Mika Seirala I am unable to pay the billvia PayPal because I donot have a working credit card, and my mother did notborrow any more of theirs.
You will need to send the products to Finland for customs clearance.
In Finland, I can pay the VAT without a credit card through the bank easily.
Another option is to send the bill account number in which I can visit the bank paying for.
The matter is urgent, must be treated as soon as I can confirm the previous bill 306 € due date of 11/30/14
I hope we can reach a quick fix that does not occur.

A VAT charge will be imposed if the declare value is greater than € 20,00 EUR going into European Union. As per your purchase record the value declare at USD 306,63 , so the VAT charge is applied.
Please note that your package has finished the customs clearance and the cost of the VAT is € 93,10 EUR , I understand you have paid for the shipping cost, but I'm so sorry to inform you that it did not include the VAT charge, this is for the courier fee only.
