Troubles by ordering

Hy,
i'm looking for some products, which i would like to buy from european warehouse.
Unfortunately, most of them are only on international warehouse, i.e. motors, esc's, propellers, prop balancer, batteryes and so on.

I expect an order preview of € 100 - 150, but by international warehouse i expect 2 problems:
1) long time delivery
2) Custom issues (unknown fee's etc) and shipment costs. That means i don't
know the exact cost's

Sometimes i got a 'one time offer' viewing european warehouse, and i accepted it. But adding other european items, it tell's that i can't mix them with other warehouses.
Are 'one time offers' only international?

Navigating your site needs much time. Lastly i was trying to do my order, but after a view hours the connection was closed and now i have an unpaid order, which is uncomplete and i would like to cancel.
