Australia Express channel

I received an email on the 7/11/14 advising me that my parcel had been shipped with an Australia Post tracking number. Australia post only received the shipping advice on the 19/11/14. That means my parcel was sitting in the NSW warehouse for 12 days before someone finally gave it to Australia Post. This is not good enough for a supposedly express channel service, that I paid extra for. 2 days from HK to Australia then it sits there for 12 days, and now probably another week to be delivered. HK post would have been quicker and cheaper.
