I just put an order through and attempted to used my coupon code. I entered it, and it looked like it was accepted, then continued to the next screen. NO deduction and once order had locked in my other discounts, I'm stuck with it unless I go through the time-delaying process of getting an order cancelled so I can redeem by points... This is a crap system btw..... but it's probably really good for HK.
So how do I check my coupon code still works ??? I can't type it in here !!!

You need to overhaul your Supply Chain and Customer Service departments a little more...

Same to me.
Get a "Coupon Code" and place an order with my coupon code, but it didn´t word. Order again, because i thought i entered the wrong code. The same happen. Now there are some orders which i can not delete for myself, unless i pay it. This is not the right way Mr. Hand.
