Why Doesn't anyone ever answer the phone at the US Warehouse???????

I have tried numerous times and at different times to contact the HobbyKing US warehouse. It doesn't matter what time you call early or late morning any time afternoon or evening or very late at night you will not talk to anyone all you get is a automated answering machine telling you all the reps are busy your call is important blah blah blah!! SO frustrating I have held on for up to 30 min and no one ever came on the line. They say order by phone 24/7 WHAT A JOKE!!!!!
