Cleaning out the UNPAID orders- no cancellation tools available no COG available

How can I clear out the UNPAID orders I have done
There is NO cog wheel next them or settings to cancel.
Watched the cancellation Video, and this only helps with orders fully executed and paid.
Do I need to call a person.. I want to clear out 3 particular orders from the order summary screen.
