Order Not Received

Hi, I placed order number 20010320013 and have not received it. The SCS Express website said it has been released from Customs, but 2 weeks later and still no parcel.

Annoyingly I ordered this from the EU Warehouse and it has been sent from Hong Kong. I ordered from the EU as I expected delivery within a few days, not weeks nor months.

Please advise when I am to expect delivery.
