Just got my new 350pro

I just recieved my 350pro and there are a few issues.
1) the charger does not light up as described. When I first plug it in the red light comes on then fades. When I plug the battery in there is not change. I left it on the charger over night hoping it was still working, but when I flew it only lasted about 5 min. Not sure if it was due to low charge or in my 350 needs to be updated.

2) I do not have the cable needed to update the controller. There is a usb cable labeled saying it is to update the main controller , I cannot do the upgrade. I downloaded the file, but could not move forward from there.

3) I connected my new ILook+ camera and it only flashes red. In doing research seems there is another cable that I need.

4) I cannot get my gimbal to respond to the transmitter. Will not roll as directed.
