Shipping delay and no live chat

I'm very disappointed with HK this year.

I bought spares for my sabretooth basher months ago. I didn't mind that most of the parts were on back order so i waited patiently. Then i'm informed by HK that the goods have been shipped on the 2nd Dec, it's the 23rd now. Where's my spares, I spent a lot of money on my basher and I can't use it!

I went to look for live support to ask where my spares are since the track and trace doesn't recognize the tracking number i plugged in but it looks like live support is no longer an option.

So now i'll have to rant here and hope some one pays some notice!

Live chat is still there and you can submit a ticket if nobody responds in time.
