defective TURNIGY Plush 25amp Speed Controller due to too much solder on motorwire

Sir,
I recently bought a TURNIGY Plush 25amp Speed Controller. 1 of the 4 didn't do it when powered up. When I partially removed the heatshrink I saw that one of the motorwires has too much solder on it and soldered to on of the other components on the board. I have made a picture of it so you can see for yourself.
