Trouble with HK when I was trying to check out!

While checking out with order 20010648983 my computer never came back to me. I waited and waited but nothing happened? Then I tried to order my items again. It shopped at check out again. Now I have two orders coming for the same thing. I want one canceled. Order 20010648983 .
