New Wakera X350 Pro problems

Two problems with my new unit. One, I managed to already misplace the US adapter for the charging plug. I'm only missing the part that actually fits into the wall socket. How much would it cost to get a replacement for the adaptor?

Second, I cannot get the camera to tilt by using the AUX2 knob. The wires seem correct, and the camera automatically tilts front to back and side to side as you move the Wakera, but the AUX2 knob doesn't seem to have any effect.
